18歳未満のお客様が単独、または18歳未満同士で宿泊される場合は、親権者が署名した 宿泊同意書 の提出が必要です。チェックイン時にご提出をお願いいたします。

※ 海外からのお客様の場合は、パスポートのコピーも併せてご提出いただきます。
